How to Affiliate Us
This is for any sites as long as they are Role-play sites or Pern related.

Also, recently theres been an uprising of member-created Weyrs! Hoorah for Pern! Now! This section is to let you know about Pern: Chronicles' rules on affiliations and such.

We, the Admins, can't help but feel a little competitive in this situation, but we encourage fandom as such, so we're makng up some guidelines.

Let's start from the top!

How It Works

• You may post one (1) advertisement thread in the Advertisements and Affiliations forum.
  
• To be Officially Affiliated with Chronicles, you must:
  
  1. Create a NEW post in this area of the forum with a link to your site, your button, and the code for said button.
     

     Code:

     [b]Site Name:[/b] (Optional)
[b]Site Description:[/b] Maximum of 100 characters. (Optional)
[b]Site URL:[/b] (Required)
[b]Button URL:[/b] (Required)
[b]Button Code:[/b] (Required)

  2. The button MUST be no smaller than 88 x 31 and no bigger than 90 x 32 pixels and please include the necessary coding like the one below.

  3. You must post one of our premade buttons (below) on your site before posting your affiliation request.
     

As stated above, another term of use for this is to feature one of Chronicles' own buttons before we feature yours. You cannot merely put the button in some backwater thread either. We'll host your buttons on our front page, so we expect the same. If you put our button in a static form, your button will be with the STATIC buttons. If you put our button in a scrolling marquee, your button will be with the SCROLLING buttons. Most forum hosts have special Affiliation's boxes.
