In need of a little fun (open) (WARNING: INSANITY CONTENT)

Asdra was bored. That was the first problem everyone else would be having today. The second was that he had found something he thought would be fun to try, and nobody was around to stop him. He was standing at one end of the beasts field, and he had sent Cobalt to the other end; Cobalt, upon learning what he intended to do, flew off at top speeds, chattering away excitedly. He just had to be patient...that was always the hard part.

He clenched and unclenched his hands in anticipation, ignoring the sweat of his brow and the cool breeze making his cape billow dramatically behind him. Dammit all, where's the confounded signal?

And then it came. A cry like no other; hundreds of beasts crying out in terror, and the stampede headed his way. Finally! Asdra thought to himself, allowing his grin to grow wider. It doesn't get any better than this, the raw thrill right before the action.

In only seconds they came into view, wild-eyed and frightened. Cobalt flew with them, creeling happily, as if to say, "I did it! I did it!" and Asdra braced himself, ready for what he was about to attempt.

Right as they got close, Asdra burst into a sprint, running up a nearby outrcopping of rock and leaping off of it deftly...and nearly missing one of the beasts as they stampeded on. He landed awkwardly, and backwards, but that was all part of the fun. He slowly got his bearings, turned himself around, and stood up on the beasts' back, whooping and cheering himself and the herd on as it raced around the massive pen.

The mare that Asdra was on, turned out to be Stormy. She was nasty mare at at that. It wasn't her owner thats' on her, this one feels different. She started rearing, bucking, twisting her bucks, jumping high, even to spin around. She wanted to get this person off of her. No one should! She would only want one! Stormy then raced around, her full speed, towards the fence. She wasn't going to jump it, no she was going to be so close, to try rub this person off of her. She doesn't like him at all. She bucked and kicked, even doing a few sudden stops, and reach to attempt to bite his leg.

If this person doesn't get off, the nasty mare is not going to pleased, nor would she be willing to try let him stay much longer. No, she was one pissed, mean, and very unpleasant mare. She wanted him off, and wanted him off like minutes ago, not now, but the moment he got on her. She was doing all he could to get the man off.

Suddenly the beast beneath Asdra began to buck and kick, twisting all around to try and bite him. He realized he was on one of the mares, and apparently this one didn't like him.

Alright!

Asdra sat himself upright, and began to whoop and holler - just having a grand old time, really - until his leg started to burn. He looked, and saw the mare running close to the fence, his leg taking the blow. With a yell, he steered the mare away from the fence, and the mare stopped suddenly, throwing him forward, before bolting off again at full speed.

I think I need to go, now... he thought, and tried to think of the best way to do just that. He looked around. Nothing but more stampeding beasts, but that was-

...That would be AWESOME.

With a start, he stood up on the mare's back, leaning on his less-injured leg, and quickly spotted a good replacement. He readied himself to leap, and...

The mare stopped suddenly again, throwing Asdra off-balance.

He wobbled dangerously for just a moment before falling, landing on his back, sprawled across another beasts' back. That could have gone better, Asdra thought bitterly as he struggled to get into a more comfortable seating arrangement. He saw that he wasn't on a mare this time, and tried again. He slowly stood himself up on the beasts' back, letting the wind hit his face, and looked around for something to make this joyride more interesting.
