Description: Richard stands quite tall, at about 6'4", and his body isn't exactly skinny, but more lanky, with his legs and arms seeming longer than they actually are. His coarse, dark hair falls to his shoulders, and is occasionally slicked back and pulled into a ponytail. His sharp blue eyes can be as soft as the sea or as sharp as ice...and skip between the two in the blink of an eye. He's quite fit, with the types of entertainment he usually does, though it doesn't show usually until he actually is entertaining. His shoulders are somewhat broad, though he doesn't have the absolutely massive muscles of someone who works out constantly.

Personality: Richard is a man of the stage, and he makes sure everyone knows it. His sharp wit, love of humor and constant singing or instrument playing can be heard wherever he is, as one of those things will always be happening with him; usually the sharp, if somewhat immature, wit. He's almost always smiling, and he's always trying to make everyone he meets laugh; because of this, he occasionally comes across as one of the most shameless flirts you'll ever meet in your life. However, this is not the case.
It takes a lot to get Richard angry, but once you do you had better run; he has a temper that nobody would ever want to be on the business end of. Other than that, Richard is one of the most sociable people you'll ever meet in your life, and will do anything and everything he can think of to make you laugh.

History: Richard was born on Earth, and very quickly had a reputation for himself as an entertainer. Even at young ages, young enough that he had no idea what he was doing, he was entertaining his family with his antics, and everything he did just made them laugh. As he got older, he began to refine his comedy, though he gave up after a few years and left his humor as it was and spent that time focusing on other things he'd been practicing since young ages: singing, dancing, juggling, a few minor stunts and practicing the guitar. When he reached the age of 11, he and his family packed up their belongings and hopped on the colony ships to head off to Pern, where Richard lived out the remainder of his childhood quite happily...until Thread fell. He and his family survived, and Richard was able to save his guitar, but a lot of their things had to be replaced. Richard looked at what had happened to the people around him and decided that he and his talents would make sure nobody ever felt sadness like that, or at all, ever again. Since then, he's been an entertainer in Caldera, and he loves it just as much as the crowds seem to enjoy his presence.
