Description:

Zachary is tall and lean with curly dark brown hair and eyes. While his body language is often shy and anxious, he has smile lines around his face betraying a gentle nature. He has long fingers and agile hands. He almost always wears simple, dark clothing but it always fits very well.

Personality:

Zachary is something of an odd duck. On the one hand, he is very quiet and sometimes shy to the point of being neurotic. On the other hand he's very capable in his professional life and in any task he's given. Because of this, he sometimes takes on the role of 'good fairy,' accomplishing tasks and fixing problems before they come to fruition in a quiet and secretive manner.

He plays the Irish tinwhistle, violin, and has started working on the celtic harp. He's very amateur in all of these (save maybe the whistle) but it soothes him. His only problem is finding places soundproof or far enough away from people to practice.

Zachary is also homosexual.

History:

Zachary came alone on the Pern project as a colonist. Many of have met him since have wondered how such a shy and unprepossessing young man had the courage to undertake such a thing by himself. He was not close to his mother or father, being the last of five children an something of disappointment for... a number of reasons. His biggest influence was his Grandmother whom he loved dearly. She is deceased.

He came to the geneticist on his own after hearing about the dragons. Something in his soul cries out for the bonding, and he was (very quietly) overjoyed when he was admitted. He was initially afraid his sexual preference might preclude him.

She's a rather peculiar green for one so big, round and well generally fat. Even her colour is a peculiar blueish green shade, with what looks to be blue eyeshadow over her lids, though no amount of rubbing will get the offending blue off.

Personality:

Crass, loud, thinks very highly of herself, odd endearing, prone to both falling in love with (aka fawning all over) falling in hate (aka harassing) with human men.

Very plain in her appearence, she is of average size, build and even colour. A uniform non breaking stock standard green, she doesn't really stand out. Her personality is what really makes her shine.
